    Cancellations

    Timeframes that we accept cancellations are:

    • Purchase – Up to 12 hours after 
    • Consultation Appointment – Up to 24 hours after 
    •  Proof Email – At the time of email reply

    Once the proof email is approved and return, we will no longer accept cancellation.

    In the case of natural disaster, or a human tragedy (death, break up), we will refund up to 60 % of the cost back to you.

    We will be more than happy to change any wording or information on the invitation before the proof is approved. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept any changes once the proof is approved.

    However we understand that sometimes plans change especially when the date is far in advance, so if your invitation is for a future date or you are not sure if the information of the invitations will change. You can request that the invitation be placed on hold until you know for sure the information provided will be correct.

    It depends… Some of the invitations that show glitter or foil accent are printed to look like glitter or foil but it is not actually shiny. However, some of our invitations have a 2d effect and have real glitter, foil, or raised elements. To make sure our customers know what they are really receiving we always provide a digital photo of the invitation and an actual photo of the invitation so you can see the true color and element of the invitation before ordering.

    No, all invitations must be purchased in full before proof can be emailed to you. Proof will be sent via email within 24 hours after the order is received. Changes are no longer accepted after proof is approved. Once the proof is approved the item will be available for pickup, delivery, or ready for shipping to you within 2-3 days.

    No, not really, believe it or not, there are a few different levels of party planning. There are party planners, party designer, our party themes, and the do-it-yourself party:

    • Party planners focus on the entire party. They listen to your vision for your event and plan it with you from beginning to end. They fully customized your event and everything to your liking. They have a list of vendors they work with that they use to help you make your party dream come true. They have a crew who set the party up for you. Cost $$$$
    • Party designers are vendors party planners might hire to help you. They listen to you too, but their focus is on the design of the party, not the whole event. Their job is to fully customize your party design to your liking and set it up for you. Cost $$$
    • Our party themes are an alternative to hiring a party planner and party designer. We design a completely premade party theme that you can personalize to your liking. We included everything you need to throw a great party from the invitation, party decor, party favors, and thank you cards. We deliver it to you, but we do not decorate the party for you. However, there are some pre-assembled components included to make it easier to create, such as invitations, balloons, centerpieces, party favors, place setting, and more. Our cost $$
    • The do-it-yourself party is when you go to your local party store or big box store and get the standard party products. You design the entire party and decorate it yourself. It is not personalized unless you are creative. It is fully customizable but time-consuming. Cost $ -$$$

    Pick Up / Delivery

    When do I place an order for my event?

     Please check the processing time before placing your order.

    • Allow up to 48 hours in addition to the processing time when planning your delivery.
    • Fill out the delivery section in the personalization questionnaire
    • If you are unsure about delivery info or the time of purchase, please log back into our website and create a delivery appointment, contact us, or add it to your proof email when you are sure.
    • We will receive a confirmation email regarding the appointment.
    • On the delivery day, we will send a reminder, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation message.

    Please Note

    We do not leave the item on the porch unless we are told by the purchaser to do so, at which time we would not be held responsible for any theft.

    The best way to prevent theft from happening is to:

    • Schedule delivery for a date and time that someone will be at the location to receive it
    • We will call you to ask for an alternative solution if we can’t leave the items. (neighbor or receptionist)
    • The item will be returned to the store if we can’t leave the item at the location.
    • There is a $10.00 charge to arrange another delivery for the next day, or you can pick it up the same day for free.
    • Please Note
      • Helium balloons will not be re-inflated without a $5.00 fee.
      • Latex helium balloon generally lasts 8-12 hours.
      • Edible items will be placed in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

    Pick up

    We currently do not have a storefront. All pickup must occur at either our local events or at a public location near us.

    There are a few steps to follow when scheduling a pickup:

    1. You will need to choose the pickup option during checkout.
    2. You will receive a proof email, which also includes the available pickup times and locations.
    3. Please return the email with pick up dates and time.
    4. We will send you a confirmation email.
    5. All done! We will meet you there!

    Sure but…

    If the delivery date you chose is already the earliest delivery date on the delivery date calendar – we will not be able to move your delivery date due to product constraints. If you would like to push your delivery date out for a later date, please contact us  and let us know

    Refunds / Replacements

    Sorry, we do not accept returns, or refunds, because we personalize your item just for you. We understand that this could be an inconvenience, so we proactively take steps to combat the common reason for such a request. 

     Some of the steps we take to make sure your item arrives at its destination in the best condition possible are:

    1. We offer free face-to-face consultations, which allows an opportunity to match your swatch to our available paper and product options.
    2. We send a proof email that requires your approval before the production of your product begins.
    3. Any edible items are purchased the day before the delivery date to maintain freshness. 
    4. We do not make the product until a day or two before the delivery or pick up date. 
    5. We cut down the amount of time and potential damage incidence from third-party shipping companies by only offering local pickup or delivery.
    6. We require that someone sign for the item the day of the delivery to prevent porch theft.
    7. Lastly, we text you the day of delivery to let you know the package is on its way, that it has arrived, and who we left it with for delivery tracking purposes.

    However, we know to error is human, so if you have any concerns, please contact us.
