What is your Cancellation Policy?

Timeframes that we accept cancellations are:
  • Purchase – Up to 12 hours after 
  • Consultation Appointment – Up to 24 hours after 
  •  Proof Email – At the time of email reply
Once the proof email is approved and return, we will no longer accept cancellation. In the case of natural disaster, or a human tragedy (death, break up), we will refund up to 60 % of the cost back to you. We understand life happens, so, contact us. Let’s work things out together.
