Timeframes that we accept cancellations are:
- Purchase – Up to 12 hours after
- Consultation Appointment – Up to 24 hours after
- Proof Email – At the time of email reply
Once the proof email is approved and return, we will no longer accept cancellation.
In the case of natural disaster, or a human tragedy (death, break up), we will refund up to 60 % of the cost back to you.
