When do I place an order for my event?
Please check the processing time before placing your order.
- Allow up to 48 hours in addition to the processing time when planning your delivery.
- Fill out the delivery section in the personalization questionnaire
- If you are unsure about delivery info or the time of purchase, please log back into our website and create a delivery appointment, contact us, or add it to your proof email when you are sure.
- We will receive a confirmation email regarding the appointment.
- On the delivery day, we will send a reminder, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation message.
- Schedule delivery for a date and time that someone will be at the location to receive it
- We will call you to ask for an alternative solution if we can’t leave the items. (neighbor or receptionist)
- The item will be returned to the store if we can’t leave the item at the location.
- There is a $10.00 charge to arrange another delivery for the next day, or you can pick it up the same day for free.

- Helium balloons will not be re-inflated without a $5.00 fee.
- Latex helium balloon generally lasts 8-12 hours.
- Edible items will be placed in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Pick up
We currently do not have a storefront. All pickup must occur at either our local events or at a public location near us.
There are a few steps to follow when scheduling a pickup:
- You will need to choose the pickup option during checkout.
- You will receive a proof email, which also includes the available pickup times and locations.
- Please return the email with pick up dates and time.
- We will send you a confirmation email.
- All done! We will meet you there!

Sure but…
If the delivery date you chose is already the earliest delivery date on the delivery date calendar – we will not be able to move your delivery date due to product constraints. If you would like to push your delivery date out for a later date, please contact us and let us know
Note:
We will need at least 2 days notice from the delivery date on your order to make any updates.
