Pick Up / Delivery

When do I place an order for my event?  Please check the processing time before placing your order.
  • Allow up to 48 hours in addition to the processing time when planning your delivery.
  • Fill out the delivery section in the personalization questionnaire
  • If you are unsure about delivery info or the time of purchase, please log back into our website and create a delivery appointment, contact us, or add it to your proof email when you are sure.
  • We will receive a confirmation email regarding the appointment.
  • On the delivery day, we will send a reminder, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation message.
Please Note We do not leave the item on the porch unless we are told by the purchaser to do so, at which time we would not be held responsible for any theft. The best way to prevent theft from happening is to:
  • Schedule delivery for a date and time that someone will be at the location to receive it
  • We will call you to ask for an alternative solution if we can’t leave the items. (neighbor or receptionist)
  • The item will be returned to the store if we can’t leave the item at the location.
  • There is a $10.00 charge to arrange another delivery for the next day, or you can pick it up the same day for free.
  • Please Note
    • Helium balloons will not be re-inflated without a $5.00 fee.
    • Latex helium balloon generally lasts 8-12 hours.
    • Edible items will be placed in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Pick up

We currently do not have a storefront. All pickup must occur at either our local events or at a public location near us.

There are a few steps to follow when scheduling a pickup:

  1. You will need to choose the pickup option during checkout.
  2. You will receive a proof email, which also includes the available pickup times and locations.
  3. Please return the email with pick up dates and time.
  4. We will send you a confirmation email.
  5. All done! We will meet you there!

Sure but…

If the delivery date you chose is already the earliest delivery date on the delivery date calendar – we will not be able to move your delivery date due to product constraints. If you would like to push your delivery date out for a later date, please contact us  and let us know

Note:

We will need at least 2 days notice from the delivery date on your order to make any updates.
