Adult Gift Guideline

Unfortunately, this item is not as straightforward as most of my gifts.

According to the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) 

1. You will have to purchase the alcohol yourself
2. I can not purchase the alcohol for you.
3. I can not sell alcohol to you.
4. I can receive the alcohol from you after you have purchased it. 
5. I can not receive alcohol from a person under 21.
6. I can not deliver alcohol to a person under 21.
7. The person receiving the alcohol must sign a waiver stating that they are 21 and over.

This gift includes three options.

OPTION ONE:

Price Includes: (Best Option)

• Cost of the Gift
• Creation process
• Minus the cost of the alcohol.

The Process 

1. You will purchase the alcohol yourself
2. I can either pick it up from you (free of charge) or, you can deliver it to me.
3. I will create the item within two days
4. I will deliver the completed gift back to you or the recipient of your choosing.

OPTION TWO:

Price includes:

• $$$
• Cost of the supplies
• Creation process
• Plus, the cost of the substituted beverages

The Process 

1. I can substitute the alcohol for soda, juice, or sparkling cider.
2. I will create the item within two days.
3. I will deliver the completed gift back to you.
4. You can either keep the gift “As Is” or you can exchange the substituted beverages for the alcohol of your choice instead.
5. You will be responsible for delivering the gift to your recipient yourself.

OPTION THREE:

Price includes:

• $
• Cost of Supplies
• 50% off Creation Process (for the kit only)
• Minus, the cost of the alcohol

The Process 

1. I will make a build-it-yourself kit (you will be responsible for creating the gift).
2. It will include everything you need except the alcohol
3. You will add the alcohol
4. You will be responsible for delivering the gift to your recipient yourself.
